Check out Past Years' MASHOUTs:
- Site Setup – Preparing the MASHOUT site on Friday morning. Tasks include canopy setup, firewood foraging, barn cleanup for Saturday night’s party, and setup of recreational equipment.
- Registration Table - Helping to check-in MASHOUT campers on Friday and Saturday, issuing wrist bands and vehicle passes, and providing event information. A registration table keg will be provided as an incentive. Shifts should be short if enough people volunteer.
- Trash & Cleanup – Helping with cleanup after Saturday night’s barbecue and Sunday morning’s pancake breakfast.
- BBQ & Pancake Cooking – Helping out with preparation of the BBQ dinner Saturday night and the traditional pancake breakfast on Sunday morning. A trailer-mounted grill has been reserved for the BBQ. Volunteers are needed to prepare and grill the meat and then pull it for Saturday dinner. Stoves and skillets are needed for frying bacon and preparing pancakes Sunday morning. Help in removing leftover corn from cobs will also be much appreciated.
- Site Takedown – Taking down and packing up canopies and recreational equipment plus making sure the site has been cleaned up and trash properly segregated for removal.
