Q:  Why do I sometimes see less of the website than at other times?


A:  Logging in to the website will make contact information available that we might only want to share with club membership, and not the world at large.  If you can't find something you are looking for, try logging in to see if that makes it magically appear.


Q:  How do I update my membership information (changes to address, phone number, e-mail)?

A:  When logged in, look for your name to the left of a "Logout" link at the upper right of window

* click on your name.

* Click on "Edit Profile". Here, you can change or edit your display name and your e-mail address.

* Click on "Manage Profile". Here, you can change or edit your address, phone number, and other info. You can even provide directions to your house and write a little biography of yourself.

* Once you have made the changes, click on "Update" at the bottom of the page.

* You should receive an e-mail letting you know that your information has been updated.


Q:  How do I change the e-mail account associated with my burp.org e-mail address?

First, for those that don't know, members can request a BURP e-mail address that will redirect mail sent to it to a personal e-mail address. (see http://brew.burp.org/Members/ObtainEmailAddress.aspx).  If you have such a BURP address and want it redirected to a different e-mail account, send an e-mail to propaganda@burp.org making the request.
